TENDER DESCRIPTION

Exercise of construction supervision during the construction of the building - "Reconstruction of Stara Planina Street" in Plustina village from station 12 to station 22 with a length of 272 m. The subject of the contract includes the following main activities: Provision of consultancy services for exercising construction supervision during the construction of the site according to Art. 166, para. 1, items 1 and 2, Art. 168 and Art. 169b, para. 1 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) in scope and extent according to the requirements of the ZUT and subordinate normative acts, including controlling the completeness and correct drafting of acts and protocols during construction, according to Ordinance No. 3/2003. Preparation of a final report to the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Art. 168, para. 6 of the ZUT; Performing the functions of Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during the execution of construction and assembly works; Preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 for technical passports for buildings.
