TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority announces a procedure for the application of a public procurement on the basis of Article 18(1), point 1 and paragraph 2, in conjunction with Article 74 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act (ЗОП) — procedure for conducting an open procedure. The subject of this public procurement is supplies, within the meaning of Article 3(1), point 2 of the Public Procurement Act (ЗОП). The open procedure for awarding the contract with the subject matter: “Delivery of net quantities of active electrical energy (high/medium/low voltage) and selection of a coordinator for a standard balancing group for a period of 12 months”, for the public needs of TP “DLS Topolovgrad”, shall be carried out on the basis of a Decision by the Director of TP “DLS Topolovgrad”. The public procurement is feasible under the conditions described in the documentation for participation in the procedure and in accordance with the Technical Specification.
