TENDER DESCRIPTION

The activities included in the scope of the lot in this public procurement are winter maintenance and snow removal of streets in the territories of village Zadruga – 8.00 km, village Tochilari – 5.3 km and village Gorichevo – 7.9 km. The subject of the lots under this contract covers the following activities: 1. Clearing streets of snow (snow removal): Winter snow removal is carried out as necessary, at any time of the day or night. Suitable high-passable machines are used for this purpose. Snow removal continues until conditions for normal traffic flow on the street network of the settlement during winter conditions are ensured. All Traffic Safety Rules and Labor Safety Rules must be observed. 2. Providing 24-hour availability of personnel and equipment throughout the winter season. 3. Providing and maintaining telephone connection with the Contractor which shall be kept operational 24/7 and on which the Contracting Authority, through the mayors of the settlements, can coordinate and control the Contractor’s actions in fulfilling its contractual obligations.
