TENDER DESCRIPTION

The award of the public procurement aims to conclude a contract for the delivery of net quantities of active electrical energy for the needs of TP DGS Muglizh, providing a service for forecasting consumption, as well as preparation of schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, their submission, correction where necessary of the submitted schedules, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the Contracting Authority’s free market in electrical energy. The open procedure is carried out in order to award a public procurement for the delivery of electrical energy at freely negotiated prices in accordance with Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the Energy Act (ZЕ) and the Rules for trading in electrical energy for supplying sites of TP DGS Muglizh, high-, medium- and low-voltage grid. The delivery price includes active electrical energy, balancing costs and the participant’s costs for providing the specified services, without in the balancing group additionally being charged sums for excess and shortfalls of imbalances.
