TENDER DESCRIPTION

The award of the public procurement is intended to result in the conclusion of a contract for the delivery of net quantities of active electrical energy for the needs of TP DGS Stara Zagora, providing a service for forecasting consumption, as well as drawing up schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, submitting them, correcting them if necessary, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to the participation in the contracting authority’s free electricity market. The open procedure is carried out with a view to awarding a public procurement for the delivery of electrical energy at freely negotiated prices pursuant to Articles 100, 101, 102 and 103 of the Energy Act (ZЕ) and the Rules for Trading in Electrical Energy for the supply of sites of TP DGS Stara Zagora, a network of high, medium and low voltage. The delivery price includes active electrical energy, balancing costs and the participant’s costs for providing the specified services, without additionally charging amounts for excess and shortfall of the imbalance within the balancing group.
