TENDER DESCRIPTION

BKP 242-01 Heating and cooling systems Starting position The Canton of Zurich is carrying out the refurbishment and extension of the operations building for the Seepolice and maritime traffic control at the Oberrieden site. The existing base station will be comprehensively renewed, upgraded structurally, and expanded with a new-build. During construction, Seepolice operations will be maintained using separate temporary facilities. The aim is a modern, safe and energy-refurbished base station that meets operational requirements in the long term. Project overview The project includes all heating and cooling systems of the main project and is divided into the following areas: • Dismantling and demolition of the existing cooling installations • Preparation of the existing heating system for on-site dismantling • Refurbishment and upgrading of the heating and cooling systems in the existing building stock • New construction of the heating and cooling systems in the extension building, as well as adaptations to the surroundings and external facilities The site is located on Seestrasse in Oberrieden (ZH).
