TENDER DESCRIPTION

BKP 244-01 Ventilation systems Initial situation The Canton of Zurich is carrying out at the Oberrieden site the refurbishment and extension of the operational building of the Seepolice and maritime traffic control. The existing base will be comprehensively renewed, structurally strengthened, and extended by a new building. The Seepolice operations will be maintained during the construction period by separate temporary facilities. The aim is a modern, safe, and energy-renewed base that meets operational requirements in the long term. Project overview The project comprises all ventilation systems of the main project and is divided into the following areas: • Construction of all ventilation systems for the existing portion and for the extension building • New ventilation technical central plant room in the roof storey with a central installation of the ventilation units • Special ventilation systems for oxygen and operating fluid storage, the compressed-air central plant, and the lift shaft The site is located on Seestrasse in Oberrieden (ZH).
