TENDER DESCRIPTION

BKP 250-01 Sanitary facilities Initial situation The Canton of Zurich is carrying out, at the Oberrieden site, the refurbishment and extension of the operational building of the Seepolice and maritime traffic control. The existing base facility will be comprehensively renewed, structurally strengthened and expanded by means of a new-build construction. During the construction period, Seepolice operations will be maintained using separate temporary facilities. The aim is a modern, safe and energy-renewed base facility that will meet operational requirements in the long term. Project overview The project comprises all sanitary facilities of the main project and is divided into the following areas: • Dismantling and removal of the existing sanitary installations • Refurbishment and upgrading of the sanitary facilities in the existing building stock • Construction of new sanitary facilities in the extension building, including the subgrade piping The site is located on Seestrasse in Oberrieden (ZH).
