TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the award of the exclusive right to provide and exploit public scheduled long-distance road passenger transport services by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia through a concession contract for public passenger transport services pursuant to Regulation 1370/2007. Specifically, the subject matter of the contract is the “Concession of the right to exclusively exploit public scheduled long-distance passenger transport services by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia”, estimated value of € 118,500,000.00 plus VAT [i.e. € 11,850,000 per year, for ten (10) years] The estimated value of the contract amounts in total to € 118,500,000.00 excluding VAT 13% (estimated value including VAT: € 133,905,000.00). Including the option right, provided that it is exercised under the terms and conditions of paragraph 4 of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) 1370/2007, the estimated value of the contract may be increased to € 177,750,000.00 excluding VAT 13% (estimated value including VAT: € 200,857,500.00).
