TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the performance consists of recurring work to replace entrance and interior doors (replacement of doors including door frames, paint/coat of the door frames in the RAL standard, installation of a varnished oak threshold, plaster repair/finishing, etc.) in residential buildings within the scope and according to the CONTRACT. Replacement means the dismantling, removal, and ecological disposal of the existing doors; furthermore, the adjustment of the door frame (construction/structural), replacement of the threshold, and delivery and installation of new doors meeting the technical parameters specified in the annex titled: Door schedule for entrance and interior doors. The detailed scope that the contracting authority requires to be carried out is specified in more detail in the annex titled: Door schedule for entrance and interior doors. Delivery is understood as the complete and flawless execution of all works and structures, including the supply of all necessary materials required for the proper completion and operability of each part of the work.
