TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the performance is repeated work involving the replacement of entrance and interior doors (replacement of the doors including door frames, painting of the door frames in the RAL standard, installation of a lacquered oak threshold, plastering/filling in, etc.) in residential buildings, in the scope and in accordance with the CONTRACT. “Replacement” means the dismantling, removal, and eco-friendly disposal of the existing doors; furthermore, adjustment of the door frame (construction work), replacement of the threshold, as well as the supply and installation of new doors meeting the technical parameters specified in the annex titled: Door Schedule for Entrance and Interior Doors. The detailed scope that the contracting authority requires to be implemented is specified more precisely in the annex titled: Door Schedule for Entrance and Interior Doors. By “supply” is meant the complete and flawless execution of all work and structures, including the delivery of all necessary materials required for the proper completion of each part of the work, to make it operationally capable.
