TENDER DESCRIPTION

The measure comprises the three building components Heizhaus, Trakt A and Kreativinsel. The Heizhaus (approx. 111 m² of floor area) is to be constructed in WU design and includes a load-bearing ground slab (approx. 111 m²) with a surrounding frost apron, external walls as double-wall elements including parapet walls (approx. 175 m²) and a flat roof (approx. 100 m²). In addition, a technical shaft (1.50 m × 1.50 m) is to be constructed for the house connection. For the installation of five heat pumps, a sloped ground slab (approx. 75 m²) is to be provided with stepped strip footings. The scope of work includes perimeter insulation and waterproofing/sealing works. Trakt A includes structural shell works for a two-storey primary school building with eight classrooms, group rooms and ancillary rooms. Key services are a non-load-bearing ground slab (d = 20 cm, approx. 600 m²), a surrounding reinforced concrete plinth (approx. 120 lfm, d = 20 cm, h = 55 cm), strip footings (approx. 80 m³), a lift shaft with underpass and two stops as well as a technical shaft (1.50 m × 1.50 m).
