Specialized transport of pupils for school days during the period 15.09.2026 to 30.06.2027 by separate lots: "Lot No. 4: "Lom-Kriva bara - Lom" total 100 km per day" The specialized transport of children and pupils shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Road Transport, Ordinance No. 33 of 1999 on public passenger and freight transport in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Road Traffic Act, and other regulations related to the organization of motor transport. Specialized passenger transport within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria may be performed by natural and legal persons registered as traders who possess a license and other documents required by law and Ordinance No. 33 of 03.11.1999 on public passenger and freight transport in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The contractor shall provide transport with buses registered with a number of seats corresponding to the number of traveling children and pupils declared by the contracting authority.
