TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment consists of the phased realization and coordination of the entire work as main contractor. See also: contract characteristics. Overview of general characteristics Area: - current: approximately 53,700 m2 gross floor area - after assignment: approximately 55,000 m2 gross floor area Layout: - high-rise building 23 floors (excluding basement and rooftop structures) - low-rise building: 5 wings each with 4 floors (excluding rooftop structures) Disciplines: construction costs, interior construction, (mechanical) engineering, building physics, circularity, courtyard landscaping, sustainability, security, fire safety, construction, installation technology (electricity and ICT), quality assurance, systems engineering, safety & health, climate technology. Special feature: During the works, maintenance of the operational parts of the Westraven complex falls under the responsibility of the contracted maintenance contractors. Coordination is necessary during realization for, among other things, temporary situations, (partial) commissioning, and (impact of) major works.
