TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is - under the terms described in the agreement that will be concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, the SWZ and in the Contractor’s offer - the successive transfer of waste classified under code 20 01 10 - clothing and 20 01 11 textiles to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority. 2. The waste may be subjected only to recovery processes from R1 to R12, in accordance with the definition of those processes in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended) / Regulation (EU) 2024/1157 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 on shipments of waste, amending Regulations (EU) No 1257/2013 and (EU) 2020/1056 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 (OJ EU L 2024.1157), with the understanding that “being subjected to a recovery process” means the start and end of that process. 3.
