TENDER DESCRIPTION
SKI is offering a framework agreement concerning the procurement of hotel accommodation in Denmark as well as in Greenland and the Faroe Islands, named 16.06 Hotel Accommodation (2027). The framework agreement is offered as a single overall agreement with geographical coverage in Denmark as well as in Greenland and the Faroe Islands, where a number of rooms are reserved in advance for hotels in specific defined geographical areas, which are divided into regions and districts to ensure a broad coverage of hotels that can meet SKI’s customers’ procurement needs. The aim is thus to obtain a broad selection of hotels distributed across Denmark and in defined areas in Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The framework agreement is entered into between SKI and the supplier. Since multiple suppliers will be awarded, in practice a number of parallel framework agreements are entered into between SKI and the suppliers, one for each awarded supplier. The parallel framework agreements are identical.
