TENDER DESCRIPTION
Small and medium-sized new-build or conversion measures as well as maintenance work in accordance with DIN 31051: 2019-06 on the technical building services (TGA) (estimated labour requirement approx. 500 working hours/year, estimated materials cost approx. €40,000 net catalog prices free site per year). In addition, maintenance work for approx. 80 refrigeration systems is also required. The above totals are target values determined on the basis of the preceding period and may therefore differ for the upcoming period. There is no entitlement to commissioning to the extent of the above contract values.
