TENDER DESCRIPTION
Small and medium-sized new-build or conversion measures as well as maintenance work in accordance with DIN 31051: 2019-06 on the technical building equipment (TGA) (estimated workload approx. 500 working hours/year, estimated material costs approx. €40,000 net catalogue prices free site per year). In addition, maintenance work for approx. 80 refrigeration systems is also expected. The above amounts are estimates determined on the basis of the previous period and therefore may differ for the coming period. There is no entitlement to commissioning within the scope of the above contract values.
