TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Gütersloh is building in the Verl district of Sürenheide directly at the city boundary with Gütersloh a new construction of a fire and rescue service centre (FRZ) at the project site Rettungsgasse 2, 33415 Verl-Sürenheide. The fire and rescue service centre serves in particular as the fire-technology headquarters, the district fire brigade school and the district control centre. The centre accommodates fire and disaster protection, the rescue service and the control of animal diseases. The construction work is already under way and, according to current planning, is expected to be completed by June 2028. The subject of this procurement procedure is services related to technical commissioning management (“tIBM”). The objective of the tIBM is in particular a structured and cross-trade coordinated commissioning, functional testing, acceptance and handover of the technical installations, taking into account the functional interfaces between the trades involved.
