TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Gütersloh is building at the project site Rettungsgasse 2, 33415 Verl-Sürenheide a new fire and rescue services center (FRZ) in the Verl district of Sürenheide immediately adjacent to the city boundary with Gütersloh. The fire and rescue services center is used in particular as the fire-engineering headquarters, the district fire brigade school and the district control centre. The center houses fire and disaster protection, rescue services and the fight against animal diseases. The construction work has already started and, according to current planning, is expected to be completed by June 2028. The subject of this procurement procedure are services for technical commissioning management (“tIBM”). The objective of the tIBM is in particular a structured and coordinated commissioning, functional testing, acceptance and handover of the technical systems across trades, taking into account the functional interfaces between the trades involved.
