TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement in which not all conditions are established for the awarding of public procurement contracts for the provision of a consulting service under Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Territorial Development Act for the needs of Devnya Municipality. The term of the Framework Agreement is up to 48 months, counted from the date of signing the agreement or until the total amount is exhausted. By awarding this procurement, the Contracting Authority aims to select potential Contractors of the subject matter of the procurement, possessing professional qualification and practical experience corresponding to the subject matter of the procurement, to whom Devnya Municipality will assign the performance of the activities related to the subject matter of the public procurement.
