The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a consultant for the assessment of the compliance of an investment project and for exercising construction supervision pursuant to Articles 166-168 of the Spatial Development Act (ZУТ) for the project “Upgrading an existing municipal composting facility by improving/modernising the technology for recycling separately collected biodegradable household waste”, Pleven The public procurement includes the following two main activities: Activity 1. Preparation of a Comprehensive report for assessing the compliance of the investment project in the Technical design phase, including a compliance assessment pursuant to Article 169, paragraph 1, item 6 and an assessment of the compliance of the “Structural” part.
