The subject of this public procurement is a consultancy service within the meaning of Article 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) for assessing the compliance of the investment design and for exercising construction supervision during the execution of „Construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment design for „Implementing measures for energy efficiency of an administrative building of the Municipality of Dobrich - city of Dobrich, 20 „Nezavisimost“ Street under the Programme „Regional Development“ 2021-2027“.
