TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Director of the 18th “William Gladstone” School, in the capacity of contracting authority, pursuant to Article 5(2), item 14 of the Public Procurement Act, announces an open competition with the subject: “IDEA ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT FOR A NEW EDUCATIONAL BUILDING FOR 18TH “WILLIAM GLADSTONE” SCHOOL, GR. SOFIA. The competition task includes the development of an idea architectural project for a new educational building to the main building of the 18th “William Gladstone” School, Sofia. The scope of the assignment also includes functional organization and landscaping/improvement of the adjacent courtyard space. This design competition is a procedure preceding the award of a public procurement contract on the grounds of Art. Art.79(1), item 9 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) for awarding the preparation of an investment project in the phases “Technical” and “Working” project.
