TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is “Delivery of equipment for health centers for 18 settlements on the territory of Tundzha Municipality, by separate lots, as follows: Lot No 1 - “Delivery of medical equipment for health centers on the territory of Tundzha Municipality”; Lot No 2 - “Delivery of technical equipment for health centers on the territory of Tundzha Municipality”. Pursuant to Article 21(6) of the PPA (Public Procurement Act) “Contracting authorities may award separate lots following the procedure valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate lot does not exceed EUR 79,998.77 for supplies and services and EUR 511,291.88 for construction, and the total estimated value of the separate lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the public procurement. In these cases, regardless of the remaining value of the public procurement, it is awarded according to the procedure applicable to the total estimated value of the entire public procurement.”.
