TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Director of 18th School “William Gladstone” in the capacity of contracting authority pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2, item 14 of the Public Procurement Act announces an open competition with the subject: “IDEAL ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT FOR A NEW EDUCATIONAL BUILDING FOR 18TH SCHOOL “WILLIAM GLADSTONE”, GR. SOFIA. The competition assignment includes the development of an concept architectural project for a new educational building for 18th School “William Gladstone” as an extension to the main building of 18th School “William Gladstone”, Sofia. The scope of the assignment also includes the functional organization and landscaping of the adjacent yard space. This competition for a design is a prior procedure for the award of a public procurement on the basis of Art. Art. 79, para. 1, item 9 of the Public Procurement Act (ЗОП) for the preparation of an investment project in the phases “Technical” and “Working” project.
