TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Oberfinanzdirektion Baden-Württemberg plans, within the 2nd construction phase for the Bildungszentrum, a 5-storey accommodation building as Residential Hall II (WH II) with 114 rooms and a 3-storey extension (ERW) of the financial school with canteen and classrooms. The residential hall will be constructed as a long, continuous building structure with an approximate length of 48 m and a width of approx. 14.5 m as a timber frame construction. The extension has an approximate length of 29.5 m and a width of approx. 17 m and will be erected as a timber skeleton construction. Both buildings will be built using prefabricated cross-laminated timber slab ceilings as a hybrid structure with in-situ concrete topping.
