TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Oberfinanzdirektion Baden-Württemberg plans, within the 2nd construction phase, for the Bildungszentrum a 5-storey accommodation building as a residence hall II (WH II) with 114 rooms and a 3-storey extension (ERW) of the finance school with canteen and classrooms. The residence hall will be constructed as an elongated building with a length of approx. 48 m and a width of approx. 14.5 m as a timber frame construction. The extension has a length of approx. 29.5 m and a width of approx. 17 m and will be built as a timber skeleton construction. Both buildings will be constructed using glued laminated timber slab ceilings as a hybrid structure with screed (structural topping).
