Continuation from the Description section (BT-24-Procedure): 5) control over the conformity of the incorporated materials and products, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No RD-02-20-1 of 05.02.2015 on the conditions and procedure for incorporation of construction products in construction sites in the Republic of Bulgaria. In this connection, it performs control checks of the construction products delivered to the construction site and incorporated in the construction, in order to ensure compliance with the requirement of Article 169a, paragraph 1 and of Ordinance No RD-02-20-1 of 05.02.2015 on the conditions and procedure for incorporation of construction products in construction sites in the Republic of Bulgaria, including checks for conformity of: the technical indicators of the delivered construction products with the data in the declarations for the characteristics of the construction products, the declaration for operational performance and test protocols submitted by the СМР contractor, with the technical indicators characteristics set out in the approved investment design, as well as from the detailed quantity-and-value schedules for the site: 5.1.…
