TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the contractual services to be provided under this framework agreement, an estimated contract value of EUR 925,500.00 (net) is determined within the maximum total term of two (2) years of contract duration, plus two extension options, each for one (1) additional year. In the event that future requirements relating to the contracting authority’s and/or end customer’s strategic positioning change, the contracting authority shall be entitled to place call-offs with a volume of 50% up to 1.5 times the aforementioned estimated contract value (hereinafter also referred to as the “upper limit”). Accordingly, an upper limit of EUR 1,388,250.00 (net) results.
