TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance: plasterboard/partition wall construction work - including emergency deployments incl. security measures with a response time in the event of an incident/accident of 1 hour. This time is desired, but it is not to be regarded as emergency readiness. A total of 8 lots are being tendered; on average, in accordance with the overall tender documents (total LV) inclusive, approx. 342 installers’ hours per lot. For each contractor, a maximum of two lots will be awarded. The total of all lots amounts to approx. EUR 1,682,832 gross for a term of 2 years. The expected gross amounts in euros per lot/a: Lot 1: EUR 250,647, Lot 2: EUR 147,029, Lot 3: EUR 74,018, Lot 4: EUR 62,272, Lot 5: EUR 120,718, Lot 6: EUR 96,068, Lot 7: EUR 35,492, Lot 8: EUR 55,164. The gross amounts may be up to 20% higher. Framework agreement for time-based service contract work
