TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement shall include services for receipt, transport and recovery of waste with code 19 08 05 classified in accordance with Ordinance No 2 of 23.07.2014 on the classification of waste generated by the activity of the WWTP operated by “Vik” EOOД - Stara Zagora as a result of wastewater treatment. The purpose is to ensure receipt, transport and recovery of the cited waste at a site that holds the relevant permit documents. Each participant in the award procedure shall be required to participate for the entire volume of the public procurement. The estimated quantity for receipt and recovery for 12 (twelve) months of waste with code 19 08 05 (Sludge from wastewater treatment of settlements) is 9,000 tonnes. The contractor designated to perform the contract shall carry out the receipt and transport of waste with code 19 08 05 on working days, within the working hours of the WWTP, following a request from the Contracting Authority indicating specific parameters or according to an agreed schedule.
