TENDER DESCRIPTION

The waste with code 19 08 05, classified under Ordinance No. 2 of 23.07.2014 on the classification of waste, published in the State Gazette, issue 66 of 08.08.2014, generated from the activity of WWTP - Asenovgrad as a result of wastewater treatment, is subject to recovery. The approximate quantities for reception and recovery for a one-year period of waste with code 19 08 05 (sludges from wastewater treatment from settlements) are 6,000 (six thousand) tons. The sludges have a moisture content of 85% - 86%. The objective is to ensure the reception and recovery of the mentioned waste at a site that holds the corresponding permits. Participants should note that the transportation of the waste to their site must be included in the price proposal, in accordance with the conditions of the open procedure. The contract is opened with a validity period of 2 years after signing. Each participant in the awarding procedure is obliged to participate for the entire volume of the public contract. Participants must submit prices as indicated in Template 2.
