TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction work includes the installation of a one-storey temporary container facility (mobile room unit - MRE) in system construction as a changing, shower and sanitary facility for the district sports facility of TSV Bemerode, Wilhelm-Göhrs-Str. 2 in Hanover. The facility will be purchased by the State Capital Hanover and will transfer into its ownership upon acceptance. It is explicitly to be designed not for a one-time site, but for repeated use at changing locations. All building components and all technical systems of the trades heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical are to be designed so that they can be separated as far as possible without destruction, are capable of being transported and can be reused.
