Drafting an integrated design and specifications for the refurbishment and expansion of the listed Palace of Justice in Arnhem. The project scope concerns the complete refurbishment and expansion of the Palace of Justice while the primary process continues: new-build adjacent to the monument and in the current courtyard, renovation and functional improvement of the national monument Walburgstraat 2, partial dismantling and divestment of Walburgstraat 4, all adjustments during this development in WB2 and WB4 in order to remain operational. The total scope is: Total building area approximately: 43,000 m2 GFA.
