TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of operating and maintenance services for 2 years (40,000 t/year) in accordance with the applicable legislation and the applicable EIA approval (ΑΕΠΟ) of the project during the performance of the Contract, and the works to increase the capacity of the existing cells of the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill (MSW Landfill) of the 2nd Geographical Unit of the Prefecture of Aitoloacarnania, as described in detail in the Annexes to this document. The services provided are classified under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 90513200-8 - Services for the disposal of municipal solid waste. The estimated value of the contract amounts to EUR 2,752,800.00 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: EUR 3,413,472.00). A right of option is provided for one additional year with respect to the subject of operating and maintenance services. The estimated value amounts to EUR 1,085,600.00 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: EUR 1,346,144.00).
