The subject of the procurement is 2 gas chromatographs with hydrogen generators, including maintenance within 12 months from the successful handover of the service, and a manufacturer’s warranty of at least 12 months on the devices. The expert presented for suitability must perform the following tasks during contract performance: - at least training, and - repair tasks covered by the warranty, as well as maintenance(s), also observing Article 138 (2) of the Public Procurement Act.
