TENDER DESCRIPTION
Structural masonry works, bricklaying works As part of the heritage-appropriate refurbishment of the Metallfachhochschule in Solingen, demolition and dismantling works on masonry walls (approx. 150 m²), partial bricklaying works on walls and infill panels made of wood (approx. 100 m²), partial closing of defects in the masonry, infilling and sealing of former service pipe chases (approx. 60 m) in walls, as well as the re-concreting of ceiling openings (approx. 70 units) will be carried out.
