TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of medicinal products included in Annex 2 of the PLS for the needs of UMHAT "KANEV" JSC The DPS is established for periodic delivery upon prior request of medicinal products included in Annex 2 of the PLS pursuant to Art. 262, para. 6, item 2 of the PLPHM, necessary for carrying out the medical activity at UMHAT "KANEV" JSC. The medicinal products subject to the procedure are presented in an initial "Technical Specification" /part of the participation documentation/, indicating pharmaceutical forms, active substance quantity, unit of measure, and necessary forecast quantity. The initially planned "Technical Specification" may be partially amended during the operation of the dynamic purchasing system by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The quantities indicated in the attached "Technical Specification" to these guidelines are forecasted and do not impose an obligation on the Contracting Authority to procure them in the forecasted volume.
