The scope of the contract includes the following activities: Carrying out an assessment of the compliance of the investment design and providing independent construction supervision during the execution of the construction: „Sewerage and water supply network in the town of Trastenik - stage 2“. The scope of the contract includes activities related to exercising construction supervision within the meaning of Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (ЗУТ), control for compliance with the requirements of Article 169, paragraph 1 and 3 of the ЗУТ when carrying out construction and installation works included in the scope of the contract. The scope of the Contractor’s work includes the following main activities: Activity 1. Assessment of the compliance of the investment designs in the working design phase, in accordance with the requirements of the ЗУТ; Activity 2.
