TENDER DESCRIPTION

The DPS is established for the supply of various types of medicinal products for the needs of "MBAL-Svoge" Ltd. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are indicative and do not create any obligations for the Contracting Authority to award them in the estimated volume. The actual execution of the public contract will be determined based on the medicinal products actually delivered, within the financial resources. The DPS is conducted in two stages. FIRST STAGE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM – COLLECTION OF APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION Qualification of suppliers (admission of suppliers to the system). At this stage, applications for participation are collected. The applications for participation /EEDOP/ contain information regarding the personal status of the candidates and the selection criteria. Deadline for submission of initial applications - 04.09.2026. After the initial deadline for submission of applications, the Contracting Authority will review newly received applications twice a month.
