TENDER DESCRIPTION

A dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is established for periodic delivery based on advance requests for medicinal products included in Annex 2 to the PLP under Article 262(6), item 2 of the ZLPHM, required for the performance of medical activities at SBALPFZ SOFIA DISTRICT EOOD. The medicinal products are listed in the initial “Technical specification” with the following: ATC code, international non-proprietary name, pharmaceutical forms, quantity of medicinal substance, unit of measure and the required forecast quantity. The initially planned “Technical specification” may be partially amended during the implementation of the dynamic system by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The quantities stated in the “Technical specification” attached to these instructions are forecast quantities and do not create any obligation for the Contracting Authority to award them within the forecast volume. The DPS shall operate for a period of 24 /twenty-four/ months, and within that period the Contracting Authority may send invitations to the candidates included in the DPS to submit offers for each specific delivery order for medicinal products, within the DPS.
