TENDER DESCRIPTION

The DPS is established for periodic delivery upon prior request for medicinal products that are not included in Appendix 2 of the PLSS under Article 262(6), item 2 of the ZLPHM, necessary for the performance of medical activities at MBALPFZ Dr. D. GRAMATIKOV RUSE EOOD. The medicinal products subject to the procedure are set out in the initial “Technical specification” /part of the participation documentation/, indicating medicinal forms, amount of medicinal substance, unit of measure and the required estimated quantity. The initially planned “Technical specification” may be partially amended during the conduct of the dynamic purchasing system by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The quantities specified in the “Technical specification” attached to these instructions are estimated and do not create an obligation for the Contracting Authority to award them in the estimated volume. Candidates included in the DPS may submit an offer for one or more lines and may also not submit an offer.
