TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Delivery of medicinal products included in Appendix 2 to the PLС, for the needs of SBALPFZ D-R D. GRAMATIKOV RUSE EOOD” The DPS is established for periodic delivery based on a prior request for medicinal products included in Appendix 2 to the PLС under Article 262, paragraph 6, item 2 of the ZLPHM, required for the provision of medical treatment activities at SBALPFZ D-R D. GRAMATIKOV RUSE EOOD. The medicinal products that are subject of the procedure are set out in the initial “Technical Specification” /part of the participation documentation/, specifying the pharmaceutical forms, amount of medicinal substance, unit of measure and the required estimated quantity. The initially planned “Technical Specification” may be partially amended during the conduct of the dynamic purchasing system by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The quantities stated in the “Technical Specification” attached to these instructions are estimated and do not create any obligation for the Contracting Authority to award them within the estimated volume.
