TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot No 1 – “Preparation of a comprehensive report for an assessment of conformity with the essential requirements for structures for the investment project for the following site: “Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building, Blvd. “Bulgaria” No 66 - 74, Block 3, entrances A, B, C, D and E, Harmanli” Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act (ЗОП), separate lots No 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the initial procedure “Selection of a contractor for preparation of an assessment of conformity of the investment projects and performance of construction supervision for 18 separate lots for the needs of Harmanli Municipality” (No in the Register: 00056-2026-0014) were awarded directly, as their total estimated value amounts to EUR 19,940.39 excluding VAT (BGN 39,000.00 excluding VAT) and does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the contract (it amounts to 17.03% of the total estimated value).
