TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the implementation of Subproject 2 "Strengthening of the PCA and Development of Social Innovation" of the Action "Support Mechanism of the Regional Coordinating Authority of Thessaly for the development of social innovation as a means to address the crisis", with code MIS 6039177. The purpose of the contract is the operational strengthening of the PCA and the creation of a functional cooperation and social innovation mechanism, aiming to support employment, social inclusion, social entrepreneurship, and the resilience of the affected areas of Thessaly. Subproject 2 "Strengthening of the PCA and Development of Social Innovation" concerns the creation of a permanent NETWORK OF COOPERATION FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION, the strengthening of human resources and the development of skills of the Regional Coordinating Authority and the NETWORK entities, the development of a culture of social entrepreneurship, the connection of the PCA with European social innovation networks, as well as the creation of the necessary digital applications that will contribute to the sustainability of the PCA and the NETWORK OF COOPERATION FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION.
