TENDER DESCRIPTION

The public contract awarded under this procedure is executable under the conditions described in the Instructions, Technical Specification, and Draft Contract - part of the participation documentation in the procedure. The scope of the contract awarded under this procedure includes DELIVERY OF A BRAND NEW VEHICLE CATEGORY M2, FOR THE NEEDS OF GABROVO MUNICIPALITY. The subject of the Contract also includes the obligation of the CONTRACTOR to register the vehicle with the Traffic Police Department – Gabrovo on behalf of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, as well as to provide warranty and servicing within the warranty period according to the terms of the contract. The minimum requirements regarding the type, technical data, and characteristics of the vehicle to be delivered by the contractor are detailed in the Technical Specification. The payment of the contract price will be made under the conditions and according to the procedure specified in the draft contract, which is an integral part of the documentation.
