TENDER DESCRIPTION
Deadline for contract execution: The deadline for execution of the public procurement is 24 (twenty-four) months from the contract signing. The delivery deadline for the medical apparatus/equipment is up to 90 (ninety) calendar days after a request from the Contracting Authority. Conditions and method of financing and payment: Financing from own funds. Payments of the amounts due will be made by bank transfer, in euros to a bank account indicated by the Contractor, within 60 (sixty) calendar days, according to the draft contract. The Contracting Authority does not undertake to request the estimated quantity of products subject to this procurement. Orders will be made depending on the specific needs of the Contracting Authority.
