TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food, hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority” or MAF, is organizing a procedure for the award of a public procurement contract with the subject: „Follow-up evaluation of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020“, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, described in detail in the Technical Specifications. This public procurement contract covers the preparation of a report with the follow-up evaluation of the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020. The report should provide answers to all the common evaluation questions on the development of rural areas, set out in Annex V of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 808/2014 of 17 July 2014 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
