TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement includes conducting an assessment of ten procedures related to the support for the implementation of the European Child Guarantee in Bulgaria, which has been realized under the ESF and ESF+ Operational Programmes. Within this support, operations financed under the ESF+ and ESF OP continue to be implemented, which are part of the operational plans for the implementation of the long-term Action Plan pursuant to Council Recommendation (EU) 2021/1004 for establishing the European Child Guarantee in Bulgaria (2030), for the periods 2023–2024 and 2025–2026. The objective of the contract, which will be concluded as a result of this public procurement, is to assess the overall support of the ESF and ESF+ Operational Programmes for the implementation of the European Child Guarantee in Bulgaria, including its effectiveness, scope, results, and contribution to achieving the initiative's goals.
